Mix guacamole (I used leftover avocado and salsa pureed together) with Trader Joe's Healthy 8 veggie mix (see http://hiphome.blogspot.com/2013/03/trader-joes-healthy-8.html?m=1 for how to make yourself), add some of their premium canned white chicken, roasted salted sunflower seeds and mix till desired consistency! Enjoy alone or in a sandwich.

Quick and easy jambalaya - makes 2-3 servings
Cut up and brown one chicken breast and one andouille sausage, set aside.
Cut up and fry until starting to brown:
4 small sweet bell peppers or 1 regular size
half an onion (chopped into small pieces)
fresh garlic, 3 cloves
6 or so grape or small sweet tomatoes, cut in half
you'll also need half a can of diced tomatoes, quick microwave rice and the following spices
1/2 tbsp of garlic powder, bay leaves, thyme
1 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
as the veggies start browning, put the cooked rice in the pan and slowly mix in the spices. By thirds, mix in the half can of diced tomatoes until mixed thoroughly.

funny things Zooey says/said
Birds are called dibbies and they say dibby dibby doo.
She is pregnant with a baby named Bella Rose who lives in her left nipple
her hiccups flew in through the window while I was getting her vitamins
she has purple coconut eyes, a cookie dress and banana arms
things are 'mines'
"Mama, do you want to hear a joke?"
"Do a cup talk?"
"No, that's hilarious!"
"Mama, do a pickle talk?"
"no. That's hilarious"
"No Mama, that's serious"
trying to write down all the recent silly things so I don't forget!
