Now - the facts:

1. I used to teach art classes to other kids when I was a kid. I got paid 3 dollars an hour and I loved it!

2. I love cheese. Every kind except swiss - blechy!

3. I've lived in at least 15 different homes over my lifetime.

4. I sleep with a teddy bear still

5. I can't stand the sound of styrofoam, it makes me cringe

6. Growing up, we didn't have a tv that got any stations (it just played videos) so I haven't seen lots of 80's show that most of my peers grew up with.

7. I applied to my college by accident. A wonderful mistake!

Crafty shopping

If you're anything like me, you have no time to get out and go shopping, but plenty of time to surf the net. One of my favourite sites for inspiration is the incredibly girly, shabby chic extraordinaire http://www.onehundredwishes.com/ which is the creation of Andrea Singarella.
There are gorgeous knick-knacks and foil stars - gorgeous, feminine little things that I would just want to store in a box and take out to carefully look at when it's a rainy day. They're almost too pretty to use.

The other day, I came across ThePinkTulip whose stuff I think would look adorable with One Hundred Wishes. They both have that same sort of retro, amusing, cotton candy feel.
