Quick and easy jambalaya

Quick and easy jambalaya - makes 2-3 servings
Cut up and brown one chicken breast and one andouille sausage, set aside.
Cut up and fry until starting to brown:
4 small sweet bell peppers or 1 regular size
half an onion (chopped into small pieces)
fresh garlic, 3 cloves
6 or so grape or small sweet tomatoes, cut in half

you'll also need half a can of diced tomatoes, quick microwave rice and the following spices
1/2 tbsp of garlic powder, bay leaves, thyme
1 tsp cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste

as the veggies start browning, put the cooked rice in the pan and slowly mix in the spices. By thirds, mix in the half can of diced tomatoes until mixed thoroughly.
